Buyers use it two ways — pulling from ready stock for fast turnaround, or handing us tech packs, patterns, and fabric references for a fully custom run. Either path runs through the same quality-control checkpoints before it ships.

Fit consistency across sizes
Grading is checked against your size chart at pre-production, not after cutting — the single biggest source of returns in apparel sourcing.

What determines your minimum order and price
Fabric type & availability
In-stock greige fabric brings MOQs down; a custom-dyed or novelty fabric usually requires a higher minimum to justify the dye lot.
Print & embellishment method
Screen print and embroidery scale down easily. Sublimation, jacquard knit, or all-over print typically need higher unit counts.
Colourway count
One colour at 300 pieces is easier to place than six colours at 50 pieces each — consolidating colourways is the fastest way to lower your per-unit cost.
