Factory vetting
We work with a small, audited network of production partners rather than an open marketplace of unknown factories — each vetted for equipment, working conditions, and consistency before we place a single order through them.
Direct relationships, no blind subcontracting
We know which factory floor your order runs on. If a partner needs to subcontract overflow capacity, we disclose that and keep QC oversight in-house regardless of where it's cut and sewn.
Fabric & yarn sourcing
Fabric is sourced from mills matched to the order's performance requirements — durability for hospitality and workwear, hand-feel and drape for fashion apparel.
Capacity matching
Orders are placed with a factory sized appropriately for the run — a 300-piece trial order and a 10,000-piece program don't go to the same production line.
Quality Control
Four checkpoints, every order
This runs identically whether you're ordering 300 pieces or 30,000 — small orders aren't inspected to a lower standard.
Fabric & Raw Material Check
Incoming fabric and yarn are checked against the approved sample for weight, colour, and hand-feel before cutting or knitting begins.
In-Line Inspection
Production is spot-checked during the run — stitching, seam strength, and construction — so issues are caught early, not at the end.
Final Random Inspection (AQL)
A statistically sampled inspection against AQL 2.5 (or tighter, on request) before packing — covering measurements, workmanship, and defects.
Pre-Shipment Sign-Off
A final review against your approved sample and packing specification before the order is released for shipment.
Sample Policy
No bulk production without sign-off
Every order — whether pulled from the ready collection or built fully custom — goes through a physical sample before we cut or knit a single bulk unit. This applies regardless of order size.
Sample cost and lead time are quoted alongside your order at the costing stage, so there are no surprise fees later. Where a bulk order is confirmed, the sample fee is typically credited back against the final invoice.
For custom development, we may run more than one sample round — a proto sample for construction and fit, followed by a pre-production sample for final sign-off on fabric, colour, and finish.

We don't hold every certification a large-scale manufacturer might — here's exactly what's confirmed, in progress, or planned.
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
